And it's from the newest home of world-class whites Bio Bio - a short name but source of wines that linger long on the nose and palate. It's way down south, enjoys a cool climate and produces wines as lively as the rapids and waterfalls that thunder through the region. Adolfo reckons nowhere fared better than here in 2007 - a landmark vintage in all corners of Chile.

This is textbook Gewurz' with intense rose petal and lychee aromas. Very pretty with violet notes, Turkish delight flavours and a gentle spiciness. Totally dry, perfect for Summer and an amazingly good partner for mild oriental dishes.
