Corbières has long been a strong-hold here and you've one of our finest ever finds in the smoky, berry-laden Grande Réserve du Taleyran. Black boars are a frequent sight in these wild, rugged hills and they're honoured in the barrel matured, seriously meaty Caladoc Shiraz that rounds off a very memorable case.
