“This is the best Shroud Mountain we’ve ever offered customers, raves Kristina. “It’s super dark and has a lovely, ‘more-ish’ character to it…you’ll be reaching for a second glass, I guarantee it!” What's got things tasting so outstanding? Clare and Doug sourced the grapes from vineyards spanning Mendocino County—a hot spot for fantastic Cab.
They also added a tiny dash of Clarksburg-grown Petite Sirah for extra oomph and color intensity. Then just factor in the high quality of the 2019 harvest, and its gold medal win at the San Francisco International Wine Competition, and you’ll see: this is one can’t-miss Cabernet.
Look for inviting mouthfuls of blackberry and black plum flavor, balanced by delicate notes of cinnamon stick (thanks to oak aging).
