Katie sourced the Chardonnay grapes from some of her favorite vineyards across the Golden State. In the cellar, she took a cue from Burgundy’s Chablis region—famed for its steely Chardonnay—and crafted the wine without the influence of oak barrels. The result is a decidedly fresh, crisp white.
