Moulin de Pontfract Rosé 2019
This elegant, pale-pink stunner hails from a 300-year-old domaine in the classic Provençal village of Correns (also home to Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s much-talked-about venture). A super-stylish aperitif, filled with floral and citrus flavors.
We're sorry, this wine is sold out.

But don't worry, you'll find plenty more handpicked wines here.

Beyond the Label

Provence makes the world’s finest pinks. Or as Master of Wine Jancis Robinson calls them: “serious stuff.” The top examples easily sell for $60 a bottle, but this delightfully dry stunner proves you don’t need to spend that kind of money for a wine of real class and style.

Three hundred years to get it very right …
Domaine de Pontfract has been in the same family for centuries. The sharply dressed, immaculately coiffed Monsieur Paul (current proprietor) may look more at home in Saint-Tropez than overseeing his winery … but that’s what he’s been doing for the past 75 years.

The Paul family’s vineyards are situated around the village of Correns. This picturesque corner of Provence recently shot to fame for becoming entirely organic … and for the fact that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie bought its biggest estate, Château de Miraval, to start their own (much-discussed) rosé venture.

Made from a classic blend of old-vine Grenache and Cinsault (intensely ripe and ultra-fresh, thanks to the great 2019 vintage), Moulin de Pontfract has a delicate, pale-pink color and delightful floral aromas. Its crisp citrus and strawberry flavors make it a lovely aperitif, but it will also be delicious with chicken kebabs or summer salads.

We can rarely keep fine Provence rosé like Moulin de Pontfract in stock for long. Order now to avoid missing out.
