The grapes for The Creamery hail from California’s under-the-radar Dunnigan Hills region. Located in the northern part of the Central Valley, Dunnigan Hills benefits from a Mediterranean climate, with warm days that ripen grapes to perfection and chilly nights that preserve vibrancy.
