Crafted in Catalunya—Cava’s quality heartland, just outside of Barcelona—its base is a slow-fermented sparkling wine made with fine Macabeo and Chardonnay. This gets infused with the juice of locally handpicked oranges, resulting in an Aperol-like spritz that pops with Mediterranean character.
From first pour, you’ll notice its stunning orange hue, fizzing bubbles, and vibrant aromas of sun-ripened tangerine and mountain herbs. Orange, grapefruit and citrus lead on the palate, balanced with a light, refreshing bitterness and, of course, a tickle of bubbles.
