Remarkable pedigree
Dominique Piron is a 14th-generation winemaker whose ancestor Etienne Bailly was born in the Cru village of Morgon in 1590. La Revue du Vin, France’s top wine magazine, calls Dominique “a perfectionist,” and his tireless efforts have earned him great respect amongst his peers (not to mention his devoted customers).
If you get your hands on this red, give it an hour in the fridge before serving. The light chill will bring out the wine’s vibrant red-fruit flavors and gentle spice (then watch the open bottle disappear in a flash).
