Take one sip and be transported to the piazze of Italy. Prezza is produced by third-generation winemakers, the renowned Botter family, and this beauty comes from their prime-sited Treviso vineyards. Prosecco is actually named after a tiny village in the northeastern Italian region of Trieste. It was also the name of the grape, at least until 2009 when local wine authorities began mandating the term ‘Glera,’ thus restricting the use of the term ‘Prosecco’ to wines made only in the legally designated region.
This gorgeous sparkler is a vibrant blend of Glera and Pinot Nero. Described by our Italian wine expert, Leonardo Bassano, as “fantastically bright and fruity,” the bubbly features fresh peach, green apple and lemon zest flavors.
