Aix Quisite is an exquisite Provence rosé from the Aix-en-Provence subregion. Vines have been cultivated here since 600 BC, and today, it’s home to a host of beautiful pinks. It’s not difficult to understand why – long, sunny days help ripen grapes to perfection, while the famed Mistral wind provides a cooling influence that preserves the grapes’ ripe fruit flavors. The team behind Aix Quisite harvested the grapes in the cool of night to ensure the fruit’s freshness.
Fresh from the great 2020 vintage, Aix Quisite marries Cinsault and Grenache (two of Provence’s star reds) with a splash of Vermentino (aka Rolle), a white grape variety that imparts a vibrant, aromatic lift. Look forward to delicate citrus, pink grapefruit, and crisp, summer-fruit characters. With its striking, elongated bottle shape, Aix Quisite will impress even before you get it in your glass. Like all fine Provence rosé, it makes a refreshing aperitif and is also very food-friendly – serve with summer salads, barbecued meats, seafood, and more.
