Château de Vaure hails from the historic Les Chais de Vaure cooperative (founded in 1935) and expert winemaker Marc de Saint-Exupéry. Thanks to the fabulous 2020 vintage, Marc and his team had their pick of perfectly ripened Sauvignon Blanc grapes. And the quality of the fruit really shines through in the glass...
This is a pure, mouthwatering Sauvignon Blanc with vibrant grapefruit, passion fruit, and a classic grassy-freshness. It makes a brilliant aperitif and will also delight alongside goat cheese (the traditional match), seafood, or summer salads.
