Fleur du Mistral was crafted by talented winemaker Luc Tallaron, who has made wine in Bordeaux, Chile and even Venezuela. He named this elegant pink after the famous Mistral wind, which blows through southern France’s vineyards at over 200mph, keeping vines cool and locking in fresh fruit flavors. After selecting beautifully ripe Grenache and more from his vineyards, Luc treated Fleur du Mistral to a cool fermentation to preserve its vibrancy.
Look forward to ripe strawberry and red apple notes, along with subtle mineral and fresh herb characters. Crisp and refreshing, this stylish rosé will delight with seafood, chicken salads, Thanksgiving turkey and more.
