Like its red counterpart, it’s crafted exclusively for you by our top-secret winemaker, the talent at one of the Golden State’s best-known estates.
Goldstrike received the utmost care from vineyard to bottle. The perfectly ripe Chardonnay grapes were selected from Lodi (Wine Enthusiast’s 2015 Region of the Year) – all grown during the fantastic 2017 vintage. In the cellar, the wine was treated to full malolactic fermentation and lees stirring, both techniques used to give fine Chardonnay its trademark, creamy-smooth texture. Light barrel aging completes the recipe and adds further complexity.
Look forward to acacia honey, fresh cream, and subtle floral aromas. The luscious palate showcases flavors of Golden Delicious apple and lush, tropical fruit. With its creamy, mouthfilling texture, Goldstrike will make an indulgent aperitif or delicious match for roasted chicken, turkey, and more.
