Talented winemaker Doug Roosevelt crafted it from Cabernet Sauvignon and more grown in premium Paso Robles, “one of the most dynamic wine regions in California” (Wine Spectator). Paso Robles’ warm climate and long growing season help thick-skinned Cabernet grapes ripen to perfection and develop intense, concentrated flavors. And that’s exactly what you’ll taste here. Judges at the New York World Wine & Spirits Competition were so impressed, they awarded it a silver medal.
Beach Pass has a lovely blush color, with delectable strawberry and cream aromas. On the palate, juicy cassis and red berry flavors are balanced by a refreshing acidity, with just a hint of licorice and herbs on the long, vibrant finish.
