Beyond the Label

Saint-Émilion is one of Bordeaux’s most prized regions. The Laviale family has proudly run Château de Lussac in the premium satellite village of Lussac since 2000. And you have insider access to this Library Release.

The Laviales put great care into their 2004 Grand Vin. It’s made from hand-sorted Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes and aged for 15 months in French oak barrels. Once it was bottled, they tucked it away in the cellar, only to be released when it had reached its peak drinking window. Well, the time has come—this Saint-Émilion is beautifully mellow, with ripe black fruit and tobacco notes. No wonder it’s won several top medals.

Treat yourself to this mature, award-winning Saint-Émilion today.
