Domare Piemonte Rosso 2024

The Sartirano family has tended vineyards in Piedmont’s beautiful rolling landscape for four generations, making fine traditional wines, as well as more unusual blends. Above all, they pride themselves on the quality of their native grapes, used to create wines like Domare Piemonte Rosso.
Barbera is one of the region’s star red grapes, but still plays second fiddle to Nebbiolo. Its wines are fresh, fruity and often for early drinking—almost the Beaujolais of northern Italy. Added to this is a small portion of Dolcetto to soften the wine—inspiring the name ‘domare’ which means to tame—and make it fruitier.
Domare offers juicy, ripe dark cherry and red plum flavors and a pleasing crunch of freshness that makes it perfect for pairing with traditional Italian dishes. Think pizza, pasta and charcuterie.
If you enjoy Italian wines, you won’t want to wait long to order.
