Theirs is one of the only vineyards the whole country to grow Cabernet Blanc, a white hybrid grape created from Cabernet Sauvignon and an “undisclosed disease-resistant variety” from Germany.
Warm sunshine ripens the grapes to perfection, while Mediterranean breezes keep the flavors pure and zingy. To lock in even more freshness, François and Vincent harvest at night, inspiring the name La Nuit Blanche, an expression meaning ‘the sleepless night.’
