For this special release, we headed to our favorite vineyards in sunny California (home to some of the world’s best Cabs). The result is a deep, inky-purple wine with classic Cabernet flavors of black currant and bramble berries, plus a long, smooth finish. Enjoy with good friends, even better food and a lively discussion of the week’s events.
Cabernet is the king of the reds, loved for its deep-colored, black currant-rich wines. Most famously, it’s the variety that powers Bordeaux’s legendary First Growths, like Château Lafite and Château Margaux. However, you’ll also find plenty of world-class examples in California.
Cab is a classic match for beef, and this limited-edition release is no exception. Serve it alongside a beef roast, grilled steak, burgers and more.
