From Australia’s pioneering RedHeads winery, Harmonie Rox is an exclusive, single-vineyard Chardonnay that unveils layers of vibrant stone fruits, zippy citrus and subtle spice flavors. And it has an amazing story, too…

Back in 2004, a small band of local winemakers—with day jobs at some of the country’s biggest, most prestigious wineries—set up a shed where they could moonlight after hours. Free from the demands of quantity-focused shareholders, they could handcraft the wines they wanted to make, in tiny batches. And it wasn’t long before the acclaim poured in.

Now led by head winemaker Darren Harvey and working out of a state-of-the-art winery, the passionate team has won over 200 gold medals and 11 major trophies for their work. Not to mention the multiple awards for their commitment to renewable energy and sustainability (including two Green Awards from The Drinks Business).

For this release, they looked to local grower Jack Bursten and his renowned Coonawarra vineyard, and fermented the wine in a combination of tank and French oak for eight months. The result has has a delicious creamy complexity, balanced by vibrant stone fruit and citrus flavors. Definitely the bottle to pour when grilled chicken, roasted turkey or creamy soups are on the menu.
