Salt Shaker hails from Santa Barbara County, one of the Central Coast’s coolest sites. Located inland from the Pacific Ocean, Santa Barbara County benefits from moderate temperatures, which result in a longer ‘hang time’ on the vine for grapes. This extended ripening period creates serious depth and complexity of flavor. In other words, it’s an ideal climate for growing world-class Sauvignon Blanc.
Showing all the fruit-rich charm of the excellent 2019 vintage, Salt Shaker delivers waves of ripe golden pear, tropical fruit, and citrus zest characters. And because magnums are equal to two regular wine bottles, Salt Shaker can take you through an entire meal.
