He sourced the grapes from Lodi, “one of the top wine regions in the country,” where “winemakers have quietly started producing some of the state’s best wines” (vinepair.com). After working his magic in the cellar, Bill settled on a delicious (and totally unique) blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc with a dash of Chenin Blanc and Pinot Grigio. And the results are absolutely mouthwatering.
