To craft this beautiful Prosecco rosato, he blended perfectly ripe Glera and Pinot Noir grapes from his favorite organic vineyard. This special site is named for a famous Roman road—completed in 47 AD—that borders the vineyard. Some of the original stones are still visible!
The resulting wine brims with subtle raspberry and orchard fruit flavor, plus a delicate stream of tiny bubbles. Ideal for brunches, picnics, and celebrations, big or small.
