Dominique Piron is a 14th-generation winemaker whose ancestor Etienne Bailly was born in the Cru village of Morgon in 1590. La Revue du Vin, France’s top wine magazine, calls Dominique “a perfectionist,” and his tireless efforts have earned him great respect amongst his peers (not to mention his devoted customers).
You’ll need to be FAST to secure your share – we sell out of this beauty every year. If you luck out and get your hands on some, give it an hour in the fridge before serving.
