We love introducing folks to cru Beaujolais—especially all our Pinot Noir fans. They’re silky, elegant, complex and oh-so-food friendly. And, when you see Fleurie on the label, you know you’re in for a treat. Renowned for their intense, lovely perfume, the age-worthy wines from this village are well worth seeking out.
We happen to be good friends with (the highly decorated) 14th-generation winemaker Dominique Piron, so you get exclusive access to this one—if you’re quick.
La Revue du Vin, France’s top wine magazine, calls Dominique “a perfectionist whose wines merit the interest of fans in search of ample Beaujolais,” and his peers even voted him in as President of Inter Beaujolais, the region’s trade body, in July 2016. He also makes one heck of a Fleurie.
